Rental Fees & Policies

  • All rental fees for individual items are listed under the collections tab on our website and are outlined on the order confirmation sent via email at time of booking.
  • Warehouse pickup is free to customers who pickup and return items at their pre-selected times as indicated in their order confirmation email.
  • Any rental not returned within two hours of the selected return time as listed in the order confirmation email will be charged for an additional day + a $50 late fee.
  • Any rental not returned within two hours of the selected return time as listed in the order confirmation email will be rescheduled to return items at the same time on the following day.
  • Cancelation of individual items or an entire order prior to the event rental pickup time will be charged the 15% deposit (collected at booking). 
  • Cancelation of order after event rental pickup time has passed will result in a 100% charge of rental costs. 
  • Late pickup (30 minutes - 1 hour after selected pickup time):  $25
  • Late pickup (1 hour - 1.5 hours after selected pickup time): $40
  • Late return (30 minutes - 1 hour after selected pickup time):  $25
  • Late return  (1 hour - 1.5 hours after selected pickup time): $40
  • A valid credit card is required to stay on file during the rental period as listed in the order confirmation email and will remain on file until after all rental items have been returned and inspected for damages. 
  • A non-refundable 15% deposit is charged to all customers at time of rental. The remaining rental balance is charged to the same card on file at time of pickup unless another card is presented.
